Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Role: Finance Sales Commission: Senior Analyst
  • Implement and administer incentive plans and commission payouts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the commission plan calculations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency as defined in the commission plans.
  • Provide commission-related reports to various stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Reconcile commission discrepancies and data anomalies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure alignment and clarity in commission structures.
  • Monitor and track commission expenses against the budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for commission policies, procedures, and practices.
  • The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.

Requirement:

  • Sales compensation, at least 5 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Hands-on experience with a software-based commission tool.
  • Strong organizational skills, Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in a multinational corporation or a similar dynamic setting is preferred.
