About The Job:

  • Role: Field Sales Representative
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline in the cement industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (maintenance managers, engineers, procurement teams).
  • Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in field sales (industrial lubricants or cement industry preferred).
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
