About The Job:
- Role: FCS Operations Role
- Experience: 2-6years
- Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the setup of commissions, interest profiles, and all Give Up agreements during the client onboarding process.
- Control exchange & clearing trading fee-related expenses.
- Work with internal controllers, technology, operations teams, and traders to resolve trade-related issues.
- Interact with Exchange & CCP contacts to resolve issues and raise queries.
- Drive operational changes to improve efficiency and control functions in Clearing, Reconciliation, and Control.
- Regularly review and update procedures, checklists, and reports for accuracy.
- Ensure timely updates of fee and commission schedules and resolve related queries.
- Implement processes to comply with Local and Global regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with Technology, Risk, and Change Management teams.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in FCS Operations.
- Exposure to clearing and fee-related activities in Listed Derivatives.
- Futures industry experience, especially in Broker Dealers and Listed Derivatives markets, is preferred.
- Experience with FIA Tech Atlantis and FIA Tech DOCS is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, functions).
