  • Role: Customer Support (Voice)
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Experience Required: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer support escalations via voice process.
  • Resolve disputes and provide customer remediation.
  • Deliver excellent support in areas such as commercial lending, home lending, and consumer lending.

Requirements:

  • Immediate joiners preferred (up to 15 days’ notice period).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience in lending or financial services is a plus.
