About The Job:

  • Role: Customer Support Executive
  • Location: Pune
  • Experience: 1-2 yrs

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, eNPS , resolution time, customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Any Undergraduate or Graduate with prior experience or freshers with good communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service chat process would be preferred.
  • Should be Impeccable in Communication Skills (written/verbal).
  • Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week with rotational work offs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/chats and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of web-based technologies and troubleshooting
  • Positive attitude and strong dedication to customer resolution.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional.
