About The Job:
- Role: Customer Support Executive
- Location: Pune
- Experience: 1-2 yrs
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes.
- Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, eNPS , resolution time, customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures.
Skills & Qualification:
- Any Undergraduate or Graduate with prior experience or freshers with good communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service chat process would be preferred.
- Should be Impeccable in Communication Skills (written/verbal).
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week with rotational work offs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/chats and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of web-based technologies and troubleshooting
- Positive attitude and strong dedication to customer resolution.
- Ability to remain calm and professional.
