Role And Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback: Customer service representatives should collect and analyze customer feedback, whether they are satisfied with the services or not.
  • Collaborating with the team: Customer service representatives should collaborate with their team to resolve customer issues, convey product bugs, or raise feature requests.
  • Adapting communication style: Customer service representatives should adjust their tone, style, and tools according to the situation, the customer, and the channel.
  • Managing incoming calls: Customer service representatives should answer customer inquiries, take orders, provide customer support, and resolve customer issues.
