Role And Responsibilities:

  • Adapting communication style: Customer service representatives should adjust their tone, style, and tools according to the situation, the customer, and the channel.
  • Managing incoming calls: Customer service representatives should answer customer inquiries, take orders, provide customer support, and resolve customer issues.
