Job Description:

Develop compelling and innovative static designs for print, web, and social media.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to effectively produce engaging visuals that communicate the desired message.
Design website layouts, banners, landing pages, and social media content that drive user engagement.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies for campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, incorporating them into your work.
Ability to handle tasks from multiple brands within the NLB Group companies while aligning with their brand guidelines.

Experience:

5+ years of experience as a creative designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums (print, web, social media).
Experience working with brand guidelines and delivering designs that meet marketing and business objectives.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
