About The Job:
- Role: Commodity Confirmation Analyst
- Location: Mumbai
- Shift Timing: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Primary Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate generation of trade confirmations for commodity products, ensuring compliance with internal bookings, ISDA, and industry standards.
- Provide documentation support to Institutional Sales, Trading, and Bank Resource Management for ad hoc deals and projects.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support ongoing standardization and automation initiatives for confirmations.
- Research and resolve confirmation discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams (Legal, Sales, Trading, Compliance) and external counterparties.
- Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving risk issues while maintaining stringent process controls.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines using appropriate tools and systems.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in Commodities Confirmations or related roles (knowledge of derivatives products such as Swaps, Forwards, and Options is essential).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
