Job Responsibility:
- Reporting, Reconciliation and Refunds
- Complete reconciliation of policy issuances, cancellations, refunds
- All reports to be published to key stakeholders within the set timelines
- Analyse and come with insights to improve processes and complete tasks with complete accuracy
- MIS – Devise the reporting framework in the context of policy fulfilment, claims, servicing and complaints
- Presenting (dashboards) process performance at monthly and quarterly reviews for management
- Liaising and maintaining relationship with insurance partners for seamless execution
- Quote Management – RFQ support
