About The Job:

  • Role: Change Management
  • Experience: 5+ Years
  • Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
  • CTC: Up to 10 LPA (Maximum 30% hike on last drawn CTC)
  • Shift Timing: US Shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Change manager: Responsible for implementing change, including creating strategies, training, and conflict resolution. They also assess the impact of proposed changes, identify stakeholders, and ensure that the change aligns with the organization’s objectives.
  • Change owner: Responsible for the entire change management process, including improvement. They are usually a high-ranking official.
  • People managers: Share personal impact messages with their direct reports about the change.
  • Change advisory board (CAB): Responsible for reviewing and approving change requests. The change manager chairs CAB meetings to facilitate discussions and assess the impact of proposed changes.
  • IT teams: Work with the change manager to ensure that all risk management policies and strategies are in place.
