Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire campus recruitment process, from sourcing to selection, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Build and manage relationships with college placement teams, students, and internal stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize and execute engagement initiatives and branding programs across campuses to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring needs and drive successful campus recruitment campaigns.
  • Secure Day 0 placement slots through strategic partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and documentation of campus hiring activities, maintaining accurate records and metrics.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment, with a track record of driving successful recruitment programs.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple campuses simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect effectively with placement teams and internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for employer branding and positioning the company as a top employer for students.
  • Experience in engaging students and managing events across campuses is a plus.
