About The Job:

  • Role:  Business Analyst L3
  • Experience:  5-7 Years
  • Location:  Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all functional aspects of projects related to back office and bond settlements from inception to delivery.
  • Provide Level 3 production support, investigating and resolving issues beyond Level 1 & 2 support.
  • Analyze and gather user requirements; propose cost-efficient solutions.
  • Report on progress, write and execute test plans, organize UAT phases, and train users.
  • Deliver user guides and liaise with IT, users, project sponsors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience with Calypso Back Office and strong capital markets domain knowledge.
  • Familiarity with asset classes such as fixed income, equities, repos, and money market products.
  • Proven experience in business analysis or operations with full product lifecycle exposure.
