About the job:
- Role: Business Analyst- AML / KYC
- Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Review alerts from Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Adverse Media, and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening.
- Conduct open-source research and due diligence to complete investigations.
- Verify customer documents as per KYC policy and perform CDD/EDD checks.
- Analyze false positives and perform risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance and gather required documentation.
- Prepare and report individual SLA metrics to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: University graduate in any field.
- Preferred: Relevant work experience in KYC/AML processes.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with AML tools like World-Check, Actimize, Lexis Nexis, and other regulatory databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Sanctions, PEP screening, and transaction surveillance.
- Experience with Investment Banking clients/products is a plus.
