Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows, creating detailed documentation including process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met, providing regular updates on project progress.
Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements and are free of defects.
Change Management: Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all solutions and processes comply with relevant AML/KYC and regulatory standards.
Reporting: Generate and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Wealth Management, Funds, AML/KYC, or Regulatory Change.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Visio, JIRA, etc.).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to AML/KYC and financial services.
