Responsibilities:

  • Lead the BPO team to achieve operational excellence in Retail
  • BackOffice and Cards & Payment processes.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and customer requests.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to keep the team updated on industry trends and new technologies
