About the job:
- Role: Associate Staff Consultant
- Location: Gurugram
- Required Experience: 5-7 years
- Must Have Skills: Bench/Resource/Workforce management, Capacity planning, Staffing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Learning & Development (L&D) to design and implement training, development, and engagement initiatives for benched employees.
- Working closely with HR to address topics related to employee competencies, concerns, and preferences.
- Developing and coordinating training programs to upskill benched employees based on project pipeline, demand trends, employee allocation history, and feedback.
- Regularly reviewing project pipelines and resource forecasts to anticipate and manage the deployment of benched colleagues.
- Maintaining communication channels with benched employees to keep them informed and engaged.
- Continuously reviewing and refining the bench management process to ensure it meets organizational needs and employee expectations.
- Implementing cost optimization strategies, such as temporary redeployment, part-time assignments, or project-based consulting.
- Initial it is for 1 year of contract position.
- Creating flexible deployment strategies to quickly respond to changing project needs.
