Skills:

  • Prior experience in VISA chargeback regulations, dispute resolution procedures, Fraud, and card networks.
  • Ensure compliance with VISA chargeback regulations and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex transactional data and identify patterns.
  • Certification in fraud detection, chargeback management, or related areas is a plus.
