  • Designation Requirement: Current designation as Manager or Senior Manager (on paper)
  • Team Management Requirement: Experience managing teams of 100+ members (on paper)

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 13+ years of relevant experience in AML/KYC and Transaction Monitoring.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams of 100+ members on paper.
  • Current designation as Manager or Senior Manager on paper.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in AML/KYC compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on people management and development.
