Responsibilities:
 
  • Identifying hiring needs: Working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and anticipate hiring
  • Creating job descriptions: Designing and updating job descriptions to attract the best candidates
  • Sourcing candidates: Using various channels, like LinkedIn and other professional networks, to source potential candidates
  • Managing the screening process: Conducting resume screening and interviewing
  • Building relationships: Building relationships with candidates, past employees, and internal teams
