Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting till Joining of the candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the talent market.
