Key Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage with passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor search strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong network of top-tier candidates for current and future roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn’s new features, recruiting trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a LinkedIn Recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to engage with candidates and build relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for recruitment and helping people find their next career opportunity.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
