- Experience: 3-6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and sourcing top talent to negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to junior recruiters and the recruitment team, helping them to enhance their skills and meet team objectives.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting to attract top-tier candidates.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates alike.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a recruitment consulting environment.
- Experience managing a small team or mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
