About The Job:

  • Role: Senior Process Executive
  • Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
  • Experience: 1.5–2 Years in Order Management (O2C)
  • Salary: Upto 3.3 LPA
  • Education: Graduation (mandatory)
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Address and resolve customer queries with a customer-first approach.
  • Prevent and handle escalations effectively.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with all quality standards and company policies.
