About The Job:
- Role: Customer Service Associates/ Sr. Customer Service Associates
- Location: Hinjewadi Phase-3 (Pune)
- Education: Graduates/ Under Graduates
- Salary: 3.6 LPA- 4.8 LPA ( depends on your last withdrawn salary)
- Shift: 15 Hours rotational US work window, 6 pm IST to 9.30 am IST
Skills and Abilities:
- Good communication skills, written and verbal both
- Learning skills – Being attentive, Ability to work within a team and building relationships with customers and team members
- Minimum 6 months & above Experience of working in live chat processes or customer services or Telecoms industry (Mandatory)
- Experience with Upselling / Proactive Sales on live chat would be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications like Word & Excel
- Problem Solving Skills
- Work from office only
