Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a Mid, Senior or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. – High level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT professionals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough pre-screening and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate and select the most suitable candidates for further consideration by the hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new IT hires.
