Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Monthly Loan Disbursal Targets: Focus on both quality and quantity of Two-Wheeler loans, driving growth in the assigned territory.
- Business Development & Relationship Management: Collaborate with the manufacturing team, key channel partners, and dealers to expand Hero Fincorp’s market presence and ensure timely dealer payouts.
- Strategic Growth & Market Insights: Develop business strategies for growth, monitor competition, and stay updated on market trends.
- Performance Monitoring & Process Adherence: Oversee Sales Executives’ performance, ensure supervisory controls, and adhere to company policies and processes.
