Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a key HR contact for business leaders, providing expertise on HR policies and processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business goals and develop people strategies to support those goals.
- Provide HR insights and solutions to drive organizational performance.
Talent Management:
- Lead efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives to build strong internal talent pipelines.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Drive engagement programs aligned with the company’s culture and values.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions, implementing action plans based on results.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee recognition programs and cultural
initiatives.
Learning & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and work with L&D teams to design training programs.
- Promote continuous learning by supporting leadership and employee development
programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report key HR metrics, including turnover, engagement scores, and recruitment
effectiveness. - Use data to inform decisions and drive improvement in HR processes.
Compliance & Employee Relations:
- Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into workplace concerns as necessary.
Key Skills:
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships.
- Data-driven with a focus on HR analytics.
- Experience in talent management and L&D programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in an EdTech or tech-driven environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.
