- Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Recruitment
- Salary : Upto 4 LPA
- Location: Kharadi, Pune

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing positions, while ensuring timely delivery of manpower requisitions.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and Boolean searches.
- Brief candidates about the company and role, preparing them for client interviews.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and competencies while handling salary and notice period negotiations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, organize recruitment drives, and manage post-selection formalities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers for daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment activities.
