- Role: US Recruiters
- Shift Timings US Shift (06:30 PM 3:30AM) AND After 6 Months (07:30 PM – 04:40Am)
- Location: Ahmedabad (on site)
Role & responsibilities:
- Sourcing the candidate from various sources like job Portals, Database, references etc.
- Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Willing to work on tight deadlines.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities Job Qualifications-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to self-learn
- Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure
- Diploma or bachelors degree
