Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual testing to identify functionality issues, performance bottlenecks, and edge cases.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and reproduce application bugs, focusing on various usage scenarios.
  • Understand and analyze new feature specifications to create comprehensive end-to-end manual test cases.
  • Write, maintain, and execute well-structured test plans and detailed test cases.
  • Document and communicate test cases, results, and defects clearly and concisely.
  • Focus on the user experience and overall app functionality, ensuring it meets quality standards.
  • Track, document, and report trends in bugs, feature requests, and test requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.

Must-Haves

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of manual QA experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Strong experience in writing and executing manual test cases.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  • Ability to identify, document, and communicate software bugs effectively.
