- Role: Jira Admin (Cloud)
- Experience: 6+ Years
- Location: Bangalore/Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- User management: Create, delete, and manage user accounts and permissions. They also make sure users have access to the right projects and issues.
- System configuration: Set up Jira, configure global settings, and customize the layout and design of Jira applications.
- Workflow management: Configure workflows and optimize them to avoid unnecessary ones.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to configuration, performance, and security.
- Integration management: Install and maintain Jira apps, and integrate other tools to enhance Jira’s functionality.
- System maintenance: Update Jira installations regularly and back up Jira data and installations.
- Security: Boost Jira’s security by setting access restrictions on confluence spaces and Jira projects.
