- Job Title: Process Manager

Role and Responsibility:
- Handling and resolving queries related to corporate actions.
- Managerial role in independently managing back office operations
- Client Management – establish self as a valued partner and work closely to achieve goals defined
- Independently handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations
- Grooming A’s and SA’s to manage process and risk effectively
- Set goals and targets for team and give effective feedbacks on performance
- Manage training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring etc.
- Help knowledge management endeavor by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams
- Build domain expertise and lead from the front
- Lead various quality initiatives
- Responsible for Business continuity, transformation and various audits
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Academic Qualifications: Graduation (B. Com /BBM) / Post Graduation (M.Com/MBA/PGDM)
- Experience Span: More than 8 years of experience in Settlements
- Process/Activities with Experience:
- Good understanding of Trade Life Cycle and Settlements function.
- Experience in Pre & Post Settlements across various asset classes – Securities, Structured
- Should be well versed with Settlement cycle and market / regulatory practices for trade settlements
- Knowledge of SWIFT messages used in Asset Services
- Strong capabilities in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Financial Products Knowhow: Fixed Income (Coupon Payables) and Dividends
- Tools/industry utilities: Preferred hands-on & understanding of Euroclear and DTCC
