- Role: Regional Sales Manager – Loan Against Property
- Location: Mumbai
- Education: Graduate or MBA (preferred) or equivalent.
- Experience: Candidate from relevant field (mortgage) / industry (NBFC) with minimum 7 to 10 yrs
Key Requirements:
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets and key metrics such as IRR, fee income, and insurance cross-sell.
- Source and build client relationships through DSAs, channel partners, and other channels.
- Manage and optimize team productivity, ensuring effective processing of files and coordination with internal departments.
- Lead the team in implementing growth strategies, staying informed on market trends, and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
