Job Description:

  • Installation and initial setup of Windows, Mac, and Linux OS laptops
  • Configuration and upgradation of Windows, Mac, and Linux OS laptops
  • Installation and configuration of software development-related applications and tools like Visual Studio, SQL, Outlook, and VPN clients
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on laptops.
  • Basic Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi Infrastructure
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Good understanding of Office 365, SQL databases, and other software or applications
  • Must provide support to all end users, either internal or external.
