Women Are Better Managers

Since the time of childhood, when they are like delicate buds, young and innocent, women are protected and shielded from the brutalities of the outer world. Made helpless and weak, their lives are dotted with restrictions. But thankfully, things are now different. Therefore, women are more generous negotiators, better cooperators, and are motivated to create win-win situation.

Women are also known to be great multitaskers. Why is it so? This is because of the fact that they are trained to handle many tasks simultaneously, and play different multidimensional roles. Ladies wake up early in the morning, complete their chores, go to work, then work again at home till its time for bed. And the next morning, they are up again, ready to repeat this routine and face the world. Be running the household, taking care of the needs of the family or managing their careers , the modern woman has proves herself to be equivalent of the man in every aspect and situation.
