• Qualification:- Candidate should have Full time regular Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of chemical / Civil / Ceramics / Electrical / Electronics / (CS?IT) / Instrumentation / Mechanical / metallurgy from a University / Institute recognized by AICTE with minimum 60% of marks in the aggregate of all years / semesters (50% in aggregate for SC / ST / PWD candidates.
• Pay Scale:- Rs. 20600 -46500/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The candidate should born not earlier than 1^st April 1988.

Management Trainee (HR):- 08 Posts

• Qualification:- Candidate should have Full time regular Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters ( 50% marks in aggregate for SC / ST / PWD candidates) and MBA (Full time course of 2 years or more duration) with specification in HR Management or personal Management or Labor welfare from recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in the aggregate of all years / semesters (50% in aggregate for SC / ST / PWD candidates.
• Pay Scale:- Rs. 20600 -46500/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The candidate should born not earlier than 1^st April 1988.

Selection Procedure:- Selection will be on the basis of written Exam and followed by Group Discussion and Interview

Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
iii) By 10 years for candidates belonging to PWD communities.
iv) By 5 years to candidates who have originally been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.

Application Fee:- Candidate are required to pay Examination and Processing fee of Rs 500/- for General and OBC candidates. No fee for SC / ST candidates.
