Unhappy Employees A Terrible situation

Each employee working in an organisation is assigned to do some work. But we can clearly differentiate between the work done by various employees. Some are more interested in doing their work , they will represent it in a better way and will try to add something extra to it. Whereas on the other hand some of them would have just finished their work , without putting any extra effort to it. There is a major possibility that the reason behind this situation is that employees are not happy. There is something depriving them from getting engaged with their work, he reason for their unhappiness……….

There are reasons which make the employees unhappy. Some of them are stated below:

Employees are not satisfied with their basic pay

This is one of the major factors which influences an employee to switch over to another job. Everybody prefers to get the best price for their hardwork . Therefore it is very important that employees abilities are not undermined and they are getting what they actually deserve ,keeping in consideration the organisation’s budget.

Employees are not getting any source of motivation.

It is very important for the manager to appreciate the employees on their performing well. When employees starts feeling that even after their hardwork they are not appreciated then there is a decline in their engagement with their job .

Social factors are also equally important to retain an employee within the organisation

If the atmosphere in the organisation is not very friendly and the employees are not able to connect with each other then it would be very difficult to work in such environment.
