The concept of ‘Smart Cities’  keep on dwelling in minds of everyone from laymen to government officials. But Clear picturesque are need to be undertaken for clear perspective and understanding the Smart City concept. Its not a Smarter Concept but a concept of sustainable way of planing urban development or Sustainable Urbanization to meet the futuristic development goals.

As a Global population of cities are growing at its steady pace therefore a smarter and new planing are required to be adopted to escape out from slow pace/stagnation in development process.
