Stress among students...

Stress a common term among all of us.However a recent study has recently shown that students are the most stress prone among all of us…Perhaps the urge of getting or being better in Β their perspective fields makes them more interested in aiming at an greater height than their capability and hence when the time comes and they feels that their preparation isn’t adequate they fall under hyper stress.

Stress is a common factor among all category of students…Some of the major causes of stress are—

1. Inability to set their goals properly and thinking beyond their capability

2.low self confidence

3.Stage fear and many more…

Now to overcome this improper disorder, there are many things that can be done.A common prevalence among all elders is either meditation or yoga.This relaxes one’s mind and makes them feel fresh for longer period of time.A little workout each day also helps to reduce stress.Moreover sometimes one must take a break to take a sniff of the fresh air and hence feel comfortable.

However these are only just some simple methods.Now one’s ability to overcome stress is on one himself.If he so believes that he can achieve that particular goal than there’s in no way that that he will have to stress over that particular matter.

So dear friends, instead of “dealy-dalying” strive towards the aim which you have already set and work to achieve that particular goal…
