Success without having social skills is not possible. They help in making the environment favorable. Stressing on these skills is the hour of demand. One can clear the written test but clearance of interview depends mostly on these . Social skills encourage people to interact positively with the people around us or at market place or job place .
It is both passport and Visa for success. Passport is given by the family and people after their satisfaction with whom the person interacts and visa is given by other after satisfaction i.e those who want to give chance or where the person wants to perform. Every body who wants to get success should stress on building these skills and get education and training. Businesses and Government should arrange required education and training on social skills for their employees. Government and NGOs should run awareness program-mes on building these skills among the people of India.
Making excuses regarding not performing or under performing of a task is one of the negative social skills that makes one unproductive . One should overcome on these excuses. One must accepts one’s limitations and work on it. Hand on technical skills boost social skills. It develops confidence like if one have money that gives confidence of having a thing which one require. Certified skills especially Governmental certifications, boost one’s confidence that improves and increase quality of goods or services produced. It helps in the growth and expansion of a business.
We can conclude that social skills are superior than technical skills, but without technical skills, we can’t work
