OOGOD!! Innovation that was made to make lives of people simpler is now a boon to people. When I was coming back home from college seen group of school students using smartphones even if no notification was coming these guys were glazing on their Smartphone every 10 secs, you all must have noticed it .
Suppose try to talk with your friends when they are on so much into phone, you will notice he get distracted by emails, text message, tweet or Facebook Update and when its intensity increases your friend will lose the ability to hear what you are saying and stop responding you We have all noticed it may be have done this..
So the main Question
ARE YOU ADDICTED?
* Have you ever felt incomplete while phone is not under your physical possession.
* Do you have “Phantom Cellphone Vibration Syndrome”?
Heavy one uffff!!! , this means, do you feel your phone just got vibrated even if after looking the smart phone
you get to know its false.
* As said in above example, Do you have any idea what any person is taking to you when you’re enjoying your date with you Smartphone ?
* How often you open the notification panel ? 2 times in a minute ?, 5 times in a minute ? or much more than that.
* Are you Feeling weight-loss or insomnia.
* Suppose you went to a market and you get to know half way that you left your phone at home, next step will be going back to take your smart phone .
Recent survey says
-> 67% of Cellphone user feel their phone just rang, even if its false.
-> 44% of Cellphone user have slept with their phone next to their bed because they wanted to make sure that they never miss a call.
-> 29% of Cellphone user can’t imagine their life without it..

Nice article.
Thank you 😀
Well expressed! Smartphones truly have become an inseparable part of our lives. While its true that their use has made our lives much simpler and has helped us stay connected. But as it is said, “Excess of everything is not good”, they are equally a reason to worry. The excessive use has resulted in smartphones becoming a health hazard. But we definitely can workout on this addiction, after all a lot of it is just self-induced anxiety.
