With the rapid progress made by science and technology in recent past, the conflict between science and religion widen further . Science on one hand concludes everything on basis of logic and experiments while religious theories are based on experience and faith.
Both science and religion contributed a lot to our social development, science provide us leisure and fulfill our materialistic desires but religion teach us way of living , inner peace we can say science is religion of known and religion is a science of unknown.
Science has logical arguments for everything but religion believes whatever is written in our holy books is true and no one question it.
Science has certain limitations like science is able to cure many diseases but unable to conquer inevitable death. Science is able to comfort outer life , fulfill our materialistic desires but for inner peace religion is required.
Science and religion are two different aspects of life but go all together sometimes people missuse the name of religion to fulfill their selfish deeds .Religion is a pious subject. Both science and religion are just like 2 legs of an human being if one get short then human can’t survive or will be just like a paralysed one.
In the end i just want to say that religion is a social phenomenon as well as personal and individual. Science has weakened religion , faith only as far as social phenomenon but not able to touch its individual and personal aspects.
Science and Religion are supplement to each other. To those who seek material comfort science is the answer and those who need spiritual comfort religion is the answer.

Science explains what we are surrounded with and religions concentrate on inner us, like just our life and way of living. In ancient India monks, who were also great scientists liked these two and made science a part of our rituals like Suryanamaskar and yoga.. But we don’t value these..

Science and religion are the two sides of the same coin. They are like two parallel lines which do not touch each other yet moves side by side. Human life needs to succumb to both of them for a peaceful yet modern life. A nice article.
