Age Limit:- The age of the candidate for the post of Junior Data Entry Operator should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than 32 years as on 1st January 2015.
Qualification:-Candidate should have Bachelor degree in any discipline and having adequate knowledge in Computer application are eligible for the post. The adequate knowledge means the candidate must have completed at least a six month Diploma course in computer application from any recognized Institution or at least “A” level from Department of Electronics Accredited Computer Courses.
Selection Procedure:- Selection will be on the basis of written Exam and Viva- Voce Test.
Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to Women communities.
iii) By 10 years to candidates belonging to PWD communities.
Application Fee:- Candidates are requires to pay application fee Rs 100/- for SC / ST / PWD category candidates. The fee can be deposited either through online or offline mode using the Treasury Portal or by the conventional mode of deposit in the Treasury. In case of e-payment the applicant is required to log on to www.odishatreasury.gov.in access through the link available in the OSSC portal.
How to apply:-Interested and Eligible candidates may apply using the website of the commission www.odishassc.in by clicking on the tab “Online Application” in the home page of the website, the posts advertised for online application and detailed Instruction for submitting application online are displayed on the computer screen. These instruction are to be read carefully before proceeding to fill up the application Form. The application will be generated by clicking on “Apply Online” after selecting the post. Candidates may apply online from 22nd May 2015 to 22th June 2015.
