After applying online candidates send the hard copy of online application and attested copies of all relevant documents must be affix self-addressed of Rs 6/- postal stamp and application for the post of ——-“, Public Health and Family welfare department send by Registered / Speed post to the Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC), Residency area, Indore – 452001 on or before 25thJuly 2015.
