Based on an adaptive test taken by 60,000 Indian graduates that included communication skills, computer knowledge, analytical, cognitive skills and basic accounting knowledge, The National Employability Report by Aspiring Minds revealed that India produces annually, only a little over half employed candidates in any sector of the knowledge economy. Poor English and inadequate computer skills are key factors holding back students, especially those from smaller towns.
