Kejriwal : An Associate to Leader

A person who is a part of a society and he has to do some activities for his life’s needs. He joins with other organization as an individual to do a social or economic activities. On the other hand if he forms a new organization then he needs associates to do a social or economic activities. But when he gets the position, he wants his associates to be the follower of  him.

It is certain that human beings have certain limitations and one has to work under such  limitations that is why one needs associates. Everyone  needs associates to get power or get desired result  but after getting power or desired results one  just needs follower that is not fair.

“To err is human” so Kejriwal is also a human being. His associates demands him equal dividend but how he can distribute the available dividend. Only kejriwal doesn’t want peoples welfare but his associates also want. His associates is in thinking that he is getting all the  dividend. Now he has recognition more than any AAP associate, he is in his peak but every peak has its ending. Nobody can remain at peak, history says.

He came in politics by criticizing others  work or raising people’s basic concern along with his associates now he and his associates criticizing each other. How to make trust on him and his associates.? “Why should people accept his thought that other is wrong and he and his associates are right.?” Why people see or think right or wrong from his point of view only.?”

He and his associates  have raised anger or concern among people against  BJP,  Congress, Electricity companies & Police and projected AAP the  only well wisher of the people of Delhi. After election  he and his associates got power in their  hand. The people of Delhi had power up to casting their votes but after casting their votes they are  now helpless and dependent on the AAP government. Today he is not listening to  his associates. From the point of view of a few Associates of AAP,  feel that he wishes to remain as a leader and wishes  his associates just as followers.

It is rightly said “It is not always true that  one who starts right in the beginning, will end right at the end.
