It is very unfortunate to see that the most remarkable gift of the 20^th century is ruthlessly abused that to by the younger generation who need to adopt various means and ways to ensure their future- the culprit the much talked about the Demigod of the Modern World –“Internet”

It’s a popular joke in South Africa that soon there would be temples for this Mindboggling and nerve wrecking porta where people would go to pay homage as it tends to provide the most effective government registered lies to students who seek to explore forbidden grounds-‘Mom, doing an important assignment, don’t disturb’,’ Mom, need to go the café, assignment need to be submitted tomorrow’- endless lies , endless excuses and the provider internet

If we rephrase certain lines in Bible , it would sound more appropriate in the modern world-‘ Nature and Nature’s law lay hidden in night , God said-‘Let Facebook be’ and there was light,  I believe that one day this marvellous portal of today’s revolutionised society will one day create a parallel virtual world , where youngsters would foolishly live

Life is a juxtaposition of good and bad, anything having its pros does come with a baggage of cons as well. Internet though has eased our life to a great extent, we can google anything, we can order any stuff, we can churn millions out of this behemoth but this has also increased the cases of cybercrimes,

we are so glued to this virtual world that we share all our personal information on various social sites , this gives a catch to the perpetrators to leverage on and they start blackmailing us, even people who seek to avenge for something dreadful that you have done to them take the help of this medium

Treacherous people wait for that one moment on the web to make your life pathetic,  I accept that internet has thrown upon us plethora of opportunities, it has given us new career options, pared sown costs significantly but it can be very perilous if you don’t be cautious about how we are going to deal with this portal

We all are well versed with the Mtv Webbed Videos, they bring to light all those heinous cybercrimes that eventuates in today’s world, it also ends with suggestions by ethical hackers as to how we can secure ourselves from all  sorts of crimes, We all acknowledge this fact but are very reluctant to take a serious note of this
