Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2015

Indian Coast Guard invites application for the posts of Yantrik in All India.

Interested candidates for the post of Yantrik are required to suit to the following criteria:

Age:  The age of the candidate applying for the post of Yantrik should have minimum 18 years and maximum 22 years i.e. between 1^st February 1994 to 31^st January 1998.

Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Yantrik should have Three year Diploma in electrical / mechanical electronics and telecommunication engineering or equivalent branch recognized / approved by All India council of Technical Education (AICTE) with 60& in aggregate.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the given post should expect a pay scale of Rs. 5200 – 20200/- Per Month.

Percentage Relaxation: The Candidates applying for the post of Yantrik  having 5% relaxation in above minimum cut off will be given for outstanding sports person of National level who have obtained 1^st / 2^ndor 3^rd position in any field spots events at the open National Championship / Interstate National Championships. The relaxation will also be applicable to the wards of coast guard uniform personnel deceased while in services.

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

Selection criteria: Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their written Examination followed by Physical Fitness test (PFT) / Personal Interview and initial Medical Examination.
