Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should not be more than 30 years. Age will be calculated as on the last date of the receipt of application.
Qualification:- Candidate should have Possess MBBS / M.Sc. (Medical Pharmacology), Degree from a Law or any other equivalent qualification specified in the first or second Schedule in the IMC Act-1956. A candidate having Research work can be given marks up to 5% (as due weightage for research work) of the total marks prescribed for an oral Interview. In order to be eligible for consideration, a candidate must have published at least one research paper. The research Paper should be satisfactory, not copied one but original.
Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to General Women communities.
ii) By 10 years (including of relaxation of five years for women candidates) for candidates belonging to S.E.B.C / SC / ST (women) of Gujarat Origin communities.
iii) By 10 years to candidates belonging to physically disabled.
