Employee engagement activities may relate to the kind of work the employees are to look after, like conducting seminars, workshops and webinars; or they may be completely out of the box like yoga camps and hobby development activities. Soft skills development camp, meditation workshops etc. are current favourites, followed by surveys and mental and physical games.
